Our story
About Me
Hello, and welcome! I’m Giuliana, the Founder and CEO of Julie Creative Space, a Virtual Lab Boutique dedicated to helping small business owners reduce their workload and reclaim precious time. My mission is to support you in managing your business effectively so you can focus on what truly matters—without feeling overwhelmed or burned out.
Here’s a little about me and how I got here:
I’m an Italian woman who found her second home in the beautiful Margaret River region of Western Australia. After spending over nine years as a Payroll Specialist in my hometown, I realized I needed a change—not just professionally but for my well-being. So, I did something bold: I bought a one-way ticket to Perth, packed my bags, and set out on a journey that would redefine my life.
Margaret River greeted me with open skies, lush vineyards, and a chance to start fresh. I embraced every opportunity, from pruning vines in the rain to becoming a Supervisor and eventually an indispensable business asset. Along the way, I met my husband (who was my supervisor during that first pruning job!) and adopted Luna, our beloved English Staffy.
My professional journey has been equally transformative. Starting at the ground level as a cleaner, I worked my way up, using my skills in administration, organization, and technology to streamline operations and deliver results. These experiences led me to recognize a need: small business owners were struggling to juggle everything on their plates, and I could help.
That’s when Julie Creative Space was born.
With decades of experience in management, admin, and payroll—and the personal journey of building a new life from scratch—I understand the challenges of running a business while keeping your sanity intact. My goal is simple: to provide systems, solutions, and support that free up your time and energy so you can focus on growing your business and enjoying life.
When I’m not working with my amazing clients, you’ll likely find me sipping coffee, solving mysteries with Jessica Fletcher or Agatha Christie, exploring new places (and cuisines!), or cuddling with Luna.
Let’s work together to give you back the time and peace of mind you deserve.
At Julie Creative Space, we’ve designed services in three key areas to meet the needs of busy small business owners like you. Ready to reclaim your time and focus on your priorities? Let’s connect—I’d love to help you create space for what matters most.
Saying that, we can't wait to work with you and see your business grow and succeed.
You deserve it so much!
xx

After 9 years of working in a Payroll Office, back in Italy, I have developed a huge experience in Management, Customer Service and Computer Skills.
In March 2020 I had accomplished and completed the Bucketlist Bombshells Design Skills Course and the Tech Skills Course, to be able to develop my Virtual Assistant and Web Designer skills.
In July 2020 I have completed a full Virtual Assistant Training to be able to organise my service and deliver the best value to our customers.
In 2021 I have been featured from Weeknight Website, the amazing platform that we are using to build our websites and from the Bucketlist Bombshells (see above:).
Of course, I am always studying and researching the best ways to implement our services, staying up to date on what the new technologies have to offer, with new softwares, blogs and Creative communities.
EXPERIENCE
For 9 years I have managed payslips, administrate the bureaucratic part of hundreds of clients, scheduling, planning and finalised all the forms and projects needed for their businesses. This helped me to develop and focus on planning, management and delivery of the administrative side of a business.
As well, I had the opportunity to work as an Assistant Manager in Australia, developing more confidence and experience using my skills using the English language.
I am now working remotely as an Admin Virtual Assistant, working on a few projects as a Web Designer and implement and improve my Social Media Manager skills and knowledge, to be able to skyrocket your online presence and grow your business.
